DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
The Digital Marketing is expected to guide and assist the Marketing Manager in the following areas:
1. Digital Strategy Development
Ability to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, considering target audience, competitive analysis, and available resources.
2. Content Creation and Marketing
Proficiency in creating various types of content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and staying up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes.
4. Social Media Management
Expertise in managing social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and paid advertising.
5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Proficiency in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media. Skill in keyword selection, ad copywriting, budget management, and optimization.
6. Data Analysis and Interpretation
Strong analytical skills to gather data from various sources (website analytics, social media insights, etc.) and translate it into actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
7. Marketing Automation Tools
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms for streamlining repetitive tasks, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management.
8. Digital Advertising Platforms
Proficiency in using various digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
9. Analytics and Reporting
Ability to create comprehensive and clear reports showcasing the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to the management.
10. Creative Design Basics
Basic design skills to create or modify visuals for social media posts, ads, and other digital content.
12. Basic HTML and Website Management
Understanding of HTML and the ability to make simple website updates, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with web developers (advantage but not required).
13. Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages, engage with audiences, and collaborate with team members.
14. Adaptability
Given the dynamic nature of digital marketing, being open to change and quickly adapting to new trends, technologies, and platforms.
16. Project Management
The ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
17. Customer-Centric Mindset
Understanding customer behavior, needs, and preferences to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Marketing or similar field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
- Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage
- A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
- Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing is a plus.
- Quality content generation and management skills.
- Effective leadership and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
