About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy, and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team full-time and lead our online growth initiatives in the adult lifestyle space. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-traffic platform within the adult services industry, where discretion, branding, and performance marketing go hand in hand.
The ideal candidate is a digital all-rounder who understands how to drive brand engagement and customer acquisition in a unique and competitive sector. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end marketing efforts—from content creation to campaign optimisation—working closely with our internal team, partners, and creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms—tailored to a sophisticated, adult audience.
- Content & Blog Writing: Research and produce blog content that boosts SEO, provides value to site visitors, and positions our platform as a trusted name in the adult lifestyle industry.
- Campaign & Project Management: Lead digital campaigns from concept to execution. Coordinate with designers, developers, and content contributors to ensure timelines and goals are met.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Design and run paid social media campaigns. Track performance and iterate based on audience insights.
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube): Manage all aspects of Google advertising, including keyword planning, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- SEO: Execute technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement segmented email campaigns to drive retention and conversion.
- Website Optimisation: Audit site performance, UX, and SEO. Work with developers to implement improvements that enhance user experience and site speed.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold a consistent and tasteful brand tone across all channels. Monitor online sentiment and guide reputation management strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with some exposure to lifestyle, adult, or niche platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising, performance metrics, and campaign strategy.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Klaviyo.
- Skilled in content writing, project management, and marketing strategy.
- Strong communication, organisational, and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus—but not essential.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Visual content design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
