Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional and contemporary dimsum dishes.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dimsum recipes.
- Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage and spoilage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dimsum Cook or similar role.
- Deep understanding of various dimsum cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF CHINESE CUISINE IS ADVANTAGE!
