You will be responsible for…
- Ability to understand, and help others see, how embedded financial products can help achieve client’s business aspirations
- Develop, structure, and deliver complex partnerships that drive mutual value … initially in the space of online safety, mobility, health tech etc
- Own bolttech carrier relationships across Asia
- Connect with insurers and reinsurers to provide for embedded product solutions
- Understand the P/L implications from an insurance and reinsurance perspective
- Create new offerings using existing bolttech global capabilities, or partners.
- Quantify complex exposures of clients that are disrupting several industries.
- Support bolttech growth goals, working closely with client success colleagues.
- Listen for unarticulated needs; solve problems.
- Take full ownership of targets, nurture deals to completion.
- Motivate and mentor team members, as we seek to solve together
- Grow the bolttech brand by attending industry events and networking

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- 8+ years of insurance brokerage as a carrier or reinsurance placement expert; commercial or personal line experience in Asia
- Understands and has ideally structured reinsurance, capital markets, and/or insurance linked securities-supported programs for large global clients.
