Your Strengths:
- Deep understanding of assurance and cybersecurity frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, etc.)

What you will do in this role
Strategic Leadership
- Drive the vision and delivery of assurance services across diverse projects
- Inspire and mentor a team of cybersecurity and IT audit professionals
- Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation
Client Engagement
- Develop deep knowledge of client industries and needs
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
- Lead high-profile engagements and serve as a trusted advisor
Service Delivery Excellence
- Oversee high-quality delivery of assessments and consulting services
- Lead assurance engagements across standards like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA
- Ensure alignment with client goals, timelines, and compliance obligations
Training & Compliance
- Stay current on evolving regulations and industry trends
- Design and lead internal training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
What education you will need
- 10+ years in IT audit, cybersecurity, or assurance roles
What knowledge and skills you will need
- Extensive hands-on experience with SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
- External audit experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services firm
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams through complex assurance engagements
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, risk management, and compliance
- Excellent communication, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Note: Internal audit-only backgrounds or general IT roles without direct experience in SOC 2, PCI, or ISO 27001 are not aligned with this role
