About the role
AXA Philippines - Glorious Life is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead and recruit a sales team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets through effective leadership, strategic planning, and the development of your OWN talented sales professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement data-driven initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
