Job Description:
The Director of Sales has the primary responsibility of delivering the annual sales target/quotas defined by Management. Provides leadership to the Sales Organization and counsel to the VP of Real Estate Operations in implementing sales organization objectives that reject the company's business goals
Secondary:
Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. This would include setting up, directing and managing the selling activities of PonteFino Estates /Fino Property Ventures Inc/ Creative Hotel Concepts, Inc. - It shall also be the Director of Sales' responsibility to conceptualize, develop, implement and manage the sales plans, recruitment, training, support and incentive programs of the project to be able to meet sales target.
