- BS Graduate, preferably of Psychology or Human Resource Management
- With experience handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Can deal with highly confidential matters.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- The position requires a high level of compliance and reporting.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills.
