Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and stored.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks as outlined in the kitchen's cleaning checklist and assist in deep-cleaning duties when necessary.
- Support the kitchen staff by assisting with basic food preparation tasks and other duties assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met to support a safe and efficient work environment.
- Display a customer-first attitude and work collaboratively with the rest of the team to provide an excellent dining experience.
- Stay focused and effective while working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
