We are hiring a Distributor Manager who will oversee our Distributor Partner and their sales force. The aim is to align the Distributor Partner with the company’s plans for optimizing the area's sell-out volume, distribution, merchandising, availability, and pricing. You will implement directions on building business and organizational capability for the general trade sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Join Annual/Midyear Business Reviews and plan with the top 10 customers per distributor.
- Lead distributors’ MA channel and key customers in the strategy development and deployment system.
- Collaborate with the MA channel team, and canvass plans and priorities to be implemented monthly.
- Lead in the local optimization of category and channel plans to continually build the business.
- Jointly develop and lead the execution of programs (i.e. promotions/merchandising drives).
- Lead the Distributor in ensuring on-time and in-full deployment of field merchandising teams to drive availability and visibility of products and execution of promotions in the MS Channel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG Sales (general trade environment and territory sales management)
- Strong business acumen with a solid background in managing trade investment
- Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales force
- Willing to relocate or be assigned to General Santos, Cotabato
