Job description
- Responsible for sourcing new Territorial Distributors in the assigned area.
- Responsible for providing a list of requirements for Territorial Distributors.
- Schedule meeting with TD applicant to discuss Gardenia Bakeries Phils. Inc.TD Program
- Responsible for submission of complete requirements of new TD to his immediate superior.
- Provide regular updates regarding TD applicants and their requirements. Provide TD deployment plan and status per area.
- Required to do route rides with TD to know their operations and provide assistance if needed.
- Works directly with Territorial distributor and reports directly to his immediate superiors
Qualifications
- College Graduate or at least College level is required
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience in handling Territorial Distributor is an advantage
- Driving skills for 4 wheels and 2 wheels are an advantage
- Familiar with Territorial Distributor operations.
- Open for fresh graduates
- Strong and Physically Fit.
- Can do fieldwork.
