- Supervise, train, and motivate Medical Representatives to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor and analyze district performance against sales goals and KPIs.
- Strategically plan and execute sales activities and product launches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback, coaching, and reports to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willing to be assigned and travel within the Batangas area.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
