Restaurant Team Leader (Front of the House) Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Management: Supervise FOH staff, ensure excellent service, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Building: Drive promotions, build guest loyalty, and increase transaction values through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
- Profitability Building: Manage FOH materials and utilities efficiently, and promote high-GP items.
- Training & Development: Train and certify FOH staff, provide coaching, and support career growth.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Workforce Engagement: Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned.
