Responsibilities:
- Recruit. train, and motivate a team of sales people
- Develop a sales plan to support the overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, QA team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics
- Penetrate new areas and new clients
- Oversee the whole sales teams performance
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and excellent client experience.
- Tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Handling complex customer inquiries and negotiations.
- Predicting future sales, allocating resources effectively, and managing expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field
- Sales experience of no less than 10 years with good track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to interpret sales data and market trends
- Computer literacy in MS word and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- With 5 years of managerial experience
