District Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit. train, and motivate a team of sales people
• Develop a sales plan to support the overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, QA team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics
• Penetrate new areas and new clients
• Oversee the whole sales teams performance
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and excellent client experience.
• Tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Handling complex customer inquiries and negotiations.
• Predicting future sales, allocating resources effectively, and managing expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field
• Sales experience of no less than 10 years with good track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to interpret sales data and market trends
• Computer literacy in MS word and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• With 5 years of managerial experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
