Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with distribution agreements and company policies.
- Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations for growth.
- Training & Development:
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Develop motivational initiatives to improve distributor engagement and productivity.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Utilize sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve performance.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns at the distributor level.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory & Forecasting:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply across the distribution network.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist in production planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a distribution network.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
