Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree – Insurance, Finance, Business-related programs
Shift time: 8:30 PM-5:30 AM
Location: Manila – Philippines

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct the given tasks efficiently.
- Customer engagement.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop.
Skills and Competencies:
- Candidate should be any Graduate or a Postgraduate (Non-technical)
- Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
- Good academic record (50% or above).
- Basic knowledge in insurance or finance.
- Should have 2 -3 yrs of experience in Insurance domain.
- Open to rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
- Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
- The candidate must be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
