Responsibilities:
- Maintaining approvers and notifications for all Ultravolt TLAs/projects.
- Support business users in organizing and cleaning the Item Master and Project Master of Ultravolt TLAs/projects.
- Checking/processing pre- and post-approval of ECO workflows.
- Plan and execute master data consolidation.
- Checking/processing of IPMR workflows.
- BOM extension of TLAS/Subassemblies.
- Releasing and processing of iPAO WFs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field.
- Willingness to work night shift for 5 days every month.
- Knowledge of SAP S4 and understanding relevant data tables is a significant plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Ability to work and influence others from different functional areas.
- Proficient in data analysis, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.
