Responsible in registration, control and safekeeping of all internal and external documents.
Job Responsibilities
- Assure implementation of document control regulation of JAE Philippines, Inc.
- Conduct inventory and segregate the obsolete copy of documents.
- Update the documents' master list.
- Send information to all concerned personnel for the registered documents.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborative communication
