Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation and Management: Create, update, and ensure the accuracy of documents.
- Version Control: Maintain a history of revisions and updates to all project documentation.
- Storage and Retrieval: Manage both physical and digital document filing systems.
- Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure documents meet applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with teams and departments for document-related needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management systems/software.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members.
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.
- Preferably a diploma or degree in Information/Records Management or related field.
- Relevant experience in administrative or documentation roles is a plus.
