- Ensure that all documented information are maintained to the latest issue, properly identified, can easily be retrieved and stored in a safe environment.
- Verify that only the last documented information are distributed to all concerned departments.
- Ensure that all obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and properly archived.
- Control & maintain the system for issuance recording / filing, tracking, retrieval of documented information like procedures, work instructions, specifications, external references and related documents.
- Prepare all documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external audit.
- Control and maintain Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment calibration
- Execute other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualification
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree
- With at least 1 year work related experience
- Has attention to detail, quality mindset and compliance mindset.
- Has ability to follow procedures and processes.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy .
- Knowledgeable in ISO Certifications.
