- Job Description:
1. Monitor and track overall project progress and milestones
2. Prepare and process access letter requests for client approvals.
3. Supervise and coordinate activities with subcontractors and vendors.
4. Handle documentation, submission, and follow-ups for PAT (Provisional Acceptance Test) approvals
5. Manage PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate) and PSR (Project Status Report) approvals
6. Assist in all aspects of project implementation related to support facilities
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including up to C-level clients
8. Create and manage project databases for monitoring purposes
9. Generate accurate and timely reports for client presentations and internal management reviews.
Qualifications:
1. Degree Holder of CE, EE, ME or ECE
2. At least with minimum 2 years working experience on construction of telecommunication Project (with experience in PLDT Project and customer coordination)
3. Proven experience in project coordination or control roles, preferably in telecom or infrastructure projects
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php48,000.00 per month
