- A bachelor’s degree in engineering in any field.
- With at least 3-5 years experience on cad management, MEPF Shop drawing and build drawings.
- Knowledge in (MEPF) work designs, excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Has an excellent skills in CAD application, can interpret construction drawings, knowledgeable on MEPF/architectural drawings/construction drawings and has ability to develop piping isometric and take off spool drawings
- Detailers with knowledges and skills to 2D and 3D using CAD software such as Auto Cad, or any other similar tools.
- With knowledge about materials of construction, methods and design principles
- Motivated, resilient under pressure, and open to working beyond standard hours
- Skilled in fostering teamwork and articulating ideas clearly across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and team coordination abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to assign in Parañaque City (staffhouse provided by the company)
- Can start immediately
