Strong understanding of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) principles and practices.
Knowledge of parametric modeling and 3D modeling techniques.
Ability to create and manage complex BIM models for building or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with data interoperability and exchange formats like IFC (Industry Foundation Classes).
3. Building and Construction Knowledge:
A good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and their integration within BIM models.
Knowledge of construction processes and industry-specific standards and codes.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Experience in coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams in a BIM environment.
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills to address BIM-related challenges and optimize workflows.
The capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues within BIM models.
6. Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in BIM models, especially when it comes to clash detection and quality control.
7. Software Customization and Automation:
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Dynamo for automating repetitive tasks within BIM software.
The ability to customize BIM software to meet specific project requirements.
8. Certification and Training:
Possession of relevant certifications, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit or other BIM software.

9. Project Experience:
