RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs), Stats and Parameter for networks.
- Prepares, submits and justifies network optimization reports.
- Creates drive test routes, post-processes and analyzes results based on active and passive data.
- Post processes drive data and recommends optimization techniques necessary actions for optimal site/cluster performance.
- Ensures the required RF Drive Test cases and RF data provided by Drive Test Engineer that is reliable and error free.
- Responsible in coordination of all scheduled and non-scheduled drive test with Drive Test Engineer.
- Supports and spearheads in carrying out optimization procedures as discussed with RF Engineering Team.
- Attends to issues encountered by field team and assists them in providing solutions.
- Understand the data collection expectations, deliverables and time constraints.
- Assures that EHS procedures are followed prior to deployment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
