Helps manage payments for our construction projects. This role includes handling invoices, paying vendors and subcontractors on time, and making sure all payments follow company policies and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices from vendors and subcontractors.
- Make sure all payments are accurate and made on time.
- Track and organize payment documents, including lien waivers and insurance certificates.
- Work with project managers and the accounting team to fix billing issues.
- Keep records up to date in our accounting system.
- Help with monthly reports and audits.
- Follow rules and policies for construction payments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management .
- Basic knowledge of construction or project-based payments is helpful.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and organization skills.
- Able to communicate clearly with vendors and coworkers.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
