Job Summary:
The Ecommerce/Amazon Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, monitoring store performance, and executing marketing strategies across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. This role ensures accurate product information, drives sales growth, and supports the smooth operation of online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing & Content Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and other ecommerce marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, keywords, images, and specifications.
- Maintain consistent branding and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Track and manage order fulfillment, returns, and replacements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze sales reports, conversion rates, and traffic data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and manage product rankings, reviews, and ratings.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on performance analytics.
- Advertising & Promotions
- Set up and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and other marketplace advertising tools.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, discounts, and deals to increase visibility and sales.
- Customer Service & Feedback Management
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage feedback and product reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with Amazon Seller Central policies and ecommerce marketplace regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and Amazon policy changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, SEO for product listings, and Amazon PPC.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and ecommerce analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management systems and Amazon advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/Canva for basic image editing.
- Familiarity with other marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, or Shopify.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Must be 25 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
