GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The E-Commerce Sales Associate will be responsible for driving online sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience. This role involves managing product listings, monitoring sales analytics, and implementing digital marketing strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
· Product Listings- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and attractive visuals.
· Order Processing- Handle order fulfillment processes including shipping, tracking, and addressing customer inquiries.
· Sales Analytics- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
· Customer Engagement- Respond promptly to customer queries and reviews on the e-commerce platform.
· Marketing Initiatives- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and discounts.
· Inventory Management- Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with the inventory management team.
· Competitor Analysis- Research competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead
SKILSS AND ABILITIES:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and CRM software
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics and sales forecasting tools
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with other departments and external parties.
