This is an office-based position and must be willing to work in our office in Davao City. You will be required to have a computer, headset, and microphone or any device during your online interviews.
Job Title: E Commerce Lister
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Information Technology or other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in a relevant field.
Job Responsibilities May Include:
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon.
- Write accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
- Upload high-quality product images and ensure all listing data (pricing, inventory, SKUs, specs) is correct
- Monitor listings regularly to ensure pricing accuracy, content quality, and platform compliance
- Update product availability and inventory data; work with the fulfillment team to prevent stock issues
- Respond to requests for quotations and process orders.
- Coordinate with sales rep, vendors, suppliers and accounting departments.
- Ensures customers get the right order and track orders.
Key Traits/Skills:
- Honest, responsible, and hard-working
- Basic knowledge of product SEO and keyword optimization
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with order or inventory management software a plus
- Keen eyes for details
- Result-oriented
- Computer literate
- Proficient understanding of Software and Computer Hardware
- QuickBooks or other accounting software experience is a bonus
Work Schedule:
- Full Time
- 40hrs / week
- 9 hours shift with 1 hour break
- Monday - Friday
- Work Schedule affected by Daylight Savings
- Early hours Philippine Time
