Role Summary
Strategize and execute sales strategies and achieve targets. This role primarily focuses on campaign execution, promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and enhance brand presence on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Brand team to align on platform promotions, marketing campaigns, and event calendars.
- Prepare briefs and materials for the Brand team based on sales needs and platform opportunities.
- Platform Partnership Liaison:
- Liaise with e-commerce platform personnel to explore and secure marketing partnerships, such as rebates, platform exposure, and free vouchers or discounts on fees and ads.
- Assist in managing communication and documentation related to platform marketing collaborations.
- Event Calendar Management:
- Maintain and update the ECom Sales team's event calendar, tracking key platform campaign dates, promotional periods, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication of calendar updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Campaign & Promotion Execution:
- Setup and execute platform-specific and cross-platform sales campaigns and promotions.
- Ideate and implement promotional mechanics and discount configurations.
- Coordinate with the Creative team for the timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Customer Recovery Support:
- Monitor customer feedback related to sales and promotions, identifying opportunities for recovery or improvement.
- Support the coordination with the Operations team for customer recovery initiatives.
- Sales Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor daily sales performance and key metrics on various e-commerce platforms.
- Collect and organize sales data for analysis.
- Identify basic sales trends and report observations to the stakeholders.
- Platform Management:
- Update product listings with promotional pricing, campaign tags, and marketing visuals.
- Monitor competitor activities and sales trends on platforms.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, sales support, marketing execution, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platform sales tools and campaign functionalities.
- Proficient in Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
