- Provide technical service ad support to customers and installers regarding solar product inquiries, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the review of solar system designs and specifications.
- Help with the preparation of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and training materials.
- Support the testing and evaluation of solar products.
- Assist with on-site inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to solar energy.
