1. The Service Technician must provide full support for the Sales force by providing quality service for all customers.
2. Provide services through installation or repair of company's products or supplies including electrical and plumbing works needed on site.
3. Respond and address a solution to all customer's concerns on installed equipment, accessories and other piping or plumbing installations within Davao City, across Mindanao region and beyond the Philippines.
4. Follows service schedule given by the manager or supervisor and provides quality service output to all customers including hitting the desired time allocation.
5. Adheres to all company's policies including customer service policies which helps the company thrive in the industry at its best.
6. The technician must work closely with Sales Engineers and other skilled workers to provide quality output and finish the project with zero punch list.
7. He must follow the processes including manual filing of forms when necessary.
8. Report to management for whatever concerns that must be addressed and when necessary.

Pay: Php550.00 - Php600.00 per day
