We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a growing leadership and education consultancy that delivers workshops, training, and resources for teachers and business professionals. The organization hosts both in-person and online events and is currently expanding into publishing and digital media. This is a hands-on role focused on streamlining administrative operations, managing events, and supporting digital outreach and publicity efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves creating efficient systems, and is comfortable juggling executive support, event logistics, and light digital marketing tasks.
Part time (4 hours/day, with potential to increase to more hours)
Remote: Australia working hours
Rate: $400–480/month (based on a 20 hour week and experience level)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PH-based preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing
Admin & Executive Support
Manage and maintain the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Handle inbox management and respond to event and client inquiries
Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for events and workshops
Follow up on invoices and manage event ticketing platforms
Coordinate client appointments and publishing/publicity efforts
Research and coordinate podcast guest features and other visibility opportunities
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan, schedule, and promote online and in-person events
Manage attendee communication and ensure seamless event execution
Coordinate ticketing, registration, and promotional materials
Social Media Management
Schedule and post business updates, video content, and event promotions
Manage social posting to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Share book promotions in relevant Facebook groups
Nice-to-Have Skills
Ability to edit and repurpose YouTube videos into Reels/Shorts (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Website editing experience on platforms like WordPress
Familiarity with MailerLite, email automation, or landing page tools
Experience creating registration pages or basic funnels for events
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in executive or admin support roles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Confident managing calendars, emails, invoices, and bookings
Competency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and event tools
Familiarity with social media scheduling and light content creation
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Bonus if you have experience supporting education, coaching, or events-based businesses
