Qualifications:
- Job Summary:
The Encoder will be responsible for accurately encoding employee information from 201 files into the new payroll system. This role ensures that employee records are correctly updated and maintained to support payroll processing and compliance. The position includes participation in system training sessions provided by the payroll system developer to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encode and update employee information from 201 files into the new payroll system.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all encoded data.
- Assist in verifying and cross-checking employee details to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical employee records.
- Participate in training sessions with the system developer to gain proficiency in using the payroll system.
- Provide feedback on system functionality and report any issues encountered during encoding.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma, preferably with vocational or college background in Office Administration, HR, or related field.
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with payroll or HRIS systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
