- Program Manager of the Drilling and Workover (Rig) planning who is in-charge in the implementation of the Drilling/Workover Programs with focus in achieving the objectives in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Spearheads the planning with the Drilling Engineers and in developing drilling and workover strategies to be able to execute the operations efficiently and avoid unnecessary delays.
- Provides engineering solutions to complex drilling or workover situations, evaluates the situation based on official data available.
- Assists Execution Engineering Head in ensuring that all technical groups, departments and 3rd party service providers are effectively planning to come up with the optimum drilling and workover strategy.
- Consulted by the Operations and Technical group for detailed engineering assessment and analysis of the design, risks analysis and/or technical issues to come up with a more comprehensive program and facilitate resolution of any technical matters/issues.
Supports and cultivate adherence to HSE policies and guidelines.
