Job Description


The Events Assistant will support the events team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, promotional activities, and internal meetings. He/she will be involved in providing administrative support, vendor coordination, on-site assistance, and post-event reporting to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least internship experience in the events department and/or a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. He/she should have strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Opera system is also preferred. He/she should also possess creative problem-solving abilities, familiarity with social media and digital event promotion, attention to detail, be goal-oriented, and have the ability to work under pressure.

  • Comply with the company policies
  • Knows all safety and emergency procedures of the hotel
  • Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
  • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
  • Should always model the Company’s culture
  • Take on other tasks as may be necessary or required
