Job Description
- Provides applicants for vacancies
- Recommends qualified candidates for presentation to assigned department.
- Conducts initial evaluation, screening and interview of applicants to fill job orders.
- Calls and schedules applicants who applied online for a preliminary interview, screening and profiling.
- Prepares necessary documents for documentation and processing of selected applicants.
- Prepares and generates recruitment reports for submission to HR Manager.
- Performs general clerical duties in relation to the recruitment process.
- Assists applicants /employers and performs other necessary tasks during employers' interviews.
- Performs field recruitment activities, special recruitment activities and job fairs, if needed.
- Create innovation candidate sourcing strategies and help drive recruiting campaigns and job openings.
- Attend new hire orientation to promote Employee referral program.
- Attend job fairs to represent the company and hire new applicants.
- Look for partnered universities schools for OJT Deployment.
