Position: Executive Assistant (to the Owner/CEO of a group of restaurants)
Work Location: MOA, Pasay
Salary: starting at 60k depending on experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Mgmt or a related field
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
At least 3 - 5 years work experience as an EA (managerial level)
Must be willing to do business/ personal stuff (for the CEO)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office , Google workspace, executive level calendar/ email management tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Familiarity with restaurant operations, financial reporting, and customer experience strategies is a plus
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external use
Screen and prioritize emails, calls and other correspondence
Coordinate and follow up on action items from executive meetings
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/ external stakeholders
Draft official communications, emails, and memos on behalf of the CEO
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
Oversee the administration operations of the executive office
Maintain records, files and documentation for ease of reference and compliance
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for executive team meetings, board meetings, and leadership offsite
Knows Microsoft Word, Computer savvy
