Qualifications
- Minimum of 3years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex task with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Professional demeanour and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Executive schedules, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
