- Communication Management: Screens calls, emails, and correspondence, sometimes responding on behalf of the executive. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepares agendas, briefing materials, and takes meeting minutes; ensures the executive is well-informed ahead of engagements.
- Travel Coordination: Books flights, accommodations, and transport, while keeping contingency plans in place.
- Document Handling: Drafts, edits, and proofreads reports, presentations, and official communications.

Strategic & Managerial Support
