Your Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Travel Logistics: Plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives.
- Communication: Ensure timely communication and documentation.
- Time Management: Strategically prioritize the executive's tasks and help optimize their time.
- Understanding Goals: Align with the executive's objectives to promote an effective working relationship.
- Administrative Tasks: Support with communications, presentations, reports, and social media management.
- Research Support: Conduct necessary research as required by the executive.
- Personalized Assistance: Cater to individual preferences and requirements of the executive.
Requirements
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience to seasoned Virtual Executive Assistants
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office.
- Proven track record of high performance and a growth mindset.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in work approach.
- Flexibility to work night or graveyard shifts as required.
