Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting executives? We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing calendars, emails and CRM systems, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential information. He/She will handle lead tracking, data entry, follow up proposals, assist in planning events and perform general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing files and coordinating meetings.
Specifically, the Executive Assistant that we are looking for must have:
- Solid experience as an EA assisting a senior executive
- Ability to provide assistance or support to the boss remotely via calls, chats and emails
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; Confident in communicating with foreign business partners, stakeholders and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge in project management platform like Monday.com
- Highly organized, strong attention to details
- Willing to work during Philippine Holidays except Christmas and New Year
