The National Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational excellence of all stores nationwide. This role plays a critical part in executing the strategic direction of the company through the expansion and continuous opening of new branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations across all branches to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and service quality.
- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance metrics nationwide.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability across the store network.
- Lead and manage end-to-end processes of new store rollouts.
- Develop and maintain a national store expansion roadmap aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Supervise and mentor Area Managers/Regional Managers, providing direction, performance feedback, and coaching.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistent implementation of operational standards.
- Analyze store performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, expansion progress, and key initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience across all locations.
- Drive brand awareness and enforce brand integrity in all aspects of store operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the food industry or food retail chain.
- Proven experience in managing multiple stores at a national level.
- Demonstrated success in store expansion and continuous opening of new locations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage a geographically dispersed team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
