- Graduate of any four-year course
- With 5–8 years of solid experience in expansion roles, specifically in groceries, supermarkets, and food retail stores
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose suitable store locations based on the company’s standards and requirements
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords; prepare and manage rental contracts
- Evaluate and decline unsuitable offers or locations that do not meet the company's criteria
- Monitor rent contract durations and ensure timely renewals or terminations
- Coordinate and process all necessary legal authorizations related to store openings and operations
- Conduct regular field work to scout and assess potential locations

- Willing to work on field assignments

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php125,000.00 per month
