Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year Industrial Technology or related technical course
- At least 3 years experience in facilities operations and maintenance
Primary Duties:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment
- Carry out minor electrical works such as outlet repairs and light replacements
- Inspect and service firefighting and safety equipment regularly
- Conduct general building repairs (e.g., painting, patching ceilings/walls)
- Execute light fabrication tasks and hot works (welding, cutting, grinding)
- Safely handle and store chemicals in line with safety standards
- Read and interpret schematic and technical drawings for problem-solving
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports and related documentation
- Perform routine inspections and resolve identified issues promptly
- Provide immediate response to urgent repair and maintenance calls
Core Skills:
- Strong diagnostic ability in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with occupational safety practices and chemical safety handling
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to diverse tasks effectively
