Basic requirements:
- Qualified electrical engineer with minimum 7 years of BPO experience.
- Able to handle PEZA compliance.
- To work in night shift.
- To work in weekends, if required.
- Commitment and competency level to our standard.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrical & Air condition equipment maintenance.
Regular daily, weekly and PVM maintenance of the equipment
Electrical panel & cabling repair and maintenance.
General Office Upkeep
Management of Contractual Staffs e.g. Security, Maintenance, Housekeeping & Nurses
Ensure Equipment both Critical and Non-Critical are in good operation
Manage the Safety and Security of Employees and Company Assets
Ensure Office is Compliance with BFP and PEZA Regulations
Manage Internal and External Audit Coordination e.g. PCI, ISMS, SOC2, BCP, HIPAA & etc.
Implementation of Office Rules and Regulations
Leasing and Vendor Contracts Management
Monitoring and Processing of Admin Related Bills and Expenses
Annual CAPEX and OPEX Budget Forecasting
Laison with Building Management, Vendors and Government Officials
Office Construction, Renovation, Relocation and Improvement Projects
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Area housekeeping, repair and maintenance
Manage water and food vendor for pantries
Provide general assistance to Projects and Support Teams on-site
Attend daily operational concerns, queries and escalations through mail and personal interaction
Issuance of office supplies, ID, card access, pedestals and lockers for employees
Processing clearance for separated employees
Manage the retrieval of assets
Assist logistics support for events and clients visits e.g. Hotel Booking, Airport Transfer, Food, Transport & etc.
Parking Allocation
Mobile SIM Card Issuance
Periodic Access and CCTV Review
PR/PO process for Admin related Projects, Services and Transactions
