About the Role
We are looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator who will help oversee the maintenance and operations of our campus buildings and grounds in NU Davao. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained, and supports the university’s daily operations and long-term development plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and custodial staff
- Monitor building repairs, cleanliness, lighting, and ventilation
- Coordinate with contractors for construction and renovation projects
- Handle the registration and renewal of business permits
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Assist in budgeting and planning for facility improvements
- Ensure fire safety equipment is regularly checked and working
- Work with government agencies and utility providers for campus needs
- Support classroom scheduling and space management
- Follow safety and data privacy regulations
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a school or similar setting
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- With OSH and BOSCH Training/ Certificate is a plus.
- With training certification/s related to skills and active membership in organization.
- Must be willing to work in Davao City.
- The application is for Academic Year: 2026 - 2027.
