The Facilities Management Specialist is responsible for the proper management of all facilities inside the company area. Account all items and record its operational status. Monitor and inspect everything in the company that needs repair or replacement. Timely reporting of damage materials that fall under facilities. Make recommendations for any facility improvement needed in the company.
- Plans and implements all corrective and preventive maintenance needed in any area, building or ground, within the areas in Port Terminal Management Contract including port illumination, water line preventive maintenance, sewage, and powerline.
- Ensures that the port facility, building, and ground, are clean and well-maintained according to the Company Policies and guidelines set by the Philippine Port Authority.
- Conducts and documents regular port facilities inspections focused on fenders, bollards, concrete curbs, and pedestrian.
- Design and serves as lead person in space planning projects, office renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
- Recommends facility design modifications as may be needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Civil or BS Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management
- Willing to be assigned in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur
