Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management and any related course.
- 5-10 years managerial professional experience in F&B. Hotel setting is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
- Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost‑control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with POS, inventory and scheduling software.
Job Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across food outlets, beverage services, banquets, room service, and events to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
- Menu Planning & Development.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels; forecast needs and manage ordering to minimize waste.
- Negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, manage cost of goods, and control overhead.
- Oversee department budgets, forecast revenue and costs, and review periodic Profit & Loss statements.
- Set and track KPIs for labor, food cost, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health regulations, and licensing.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce standard operating procedures for cleanliness and staff hygiene.
- Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and special events to boost F&B revenue.
- Analyze customer trends to inform promotional campaigns and menu updates.
- Develops promotional strategies to grow revenue, and works closely with both culinary and hospitality teams to deliver a premium, memorable dining experience.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
