The Position
We are seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support our growing digital campaigns production pipeline for partnerships and branded initiatives. This is a full-time remote position for someone who’s obsessed with delivering superb user-centric online experience, open-minded to learning and mastering digital online publishing skills, attentive to detail, and has a love for tech and data.
You will be a part of the International Growth team that primarily works with international campaign production. You are quick-acting, have an eye for details, and are comfortable working remotely for our growing portfolio across US and International markets: Australia, Canada, UK, Mexico and Germany. You're able to work independently and show initiative but also work through a list of requirements with a positive and flexible demeanor. Organization, ability to handle feedback and ‘make-it-work’ is critical.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day website design, development, and publishing for digital campaigns across, but not limited to, the following markets: the US, Australia, Canada, the UK, Mexico, and Germany.
- Source images suitable for partnerships and site content, draft photo captions, short titles and descriptions where required.
- Maintain a principled approach to website design, and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis on progress and report on any blockers as and when necessary, with the goal of solving and delivering consistent content for our target audience.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot formatting, layout, or display issues during page builds, working collaboratively to find solutions that maintain visual and functional integrity across devices and platforms.
- We have an upbeat and results-oriented work culture, and we expect you to be both inspiring to work with and contribute to team projects when required.
Required Skills
- Relevant qualifications in web design, communications, marketing or related fields.
- 2+ years of marketing experience from a similar position at an agency or in-house.
- Proficiency and knowledge with Wordpress and HTML is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with office tools: Gmail, Google Drive and Google Suite.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and solution-based problem-solving.
- Strong collaborator, customer-centric driven with a love for data.
- A proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for layout, formatting, and display issues; able to troubleshoot and resolve page anomalies quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work against timelines in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, especially when working with international teams across time zones to ensure timely actions, follow-up and feedback.
- Love of the internet, digital design and testing, learning, iterating.
- Strong compositional sensibility.
- Fluency in English at a native proficiency, Mexican Spanish or German is a bonus.
- Legal ability to work without restrictions in the country in which you are applying.
