Role Overview
The Area Sales will lead and oversee sales operations within Bohol, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets within the assigned areas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Business Development: Identify potential clients, pitch products and services, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engine oil, automotive or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willing and able to travel extensively within Bohol.
- Willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and 3hrs on Saturday which is WFH
